It is quite a challenge to throw a party for 2,500 – 3,000 people; ensuring that they are well fed, comfortable and, also, that each person walks away feeling very special! Thanks to you, your wonderful staff, and the quality of your equipment, we created a spectacle that helped us convey to our staff how much they are appreciated.

Dear John,
I hope this email finds you doing well and having a great week. I am reaching out to let you know how absolutely fantastic your entire team was to work with on our event. We have worked with Dede on a couple of small events in the last two years and reached out to her in September to start building our big on campus Gala. Dede couldn’t have been more patient, helpful, and tremendous to partner with over the last seven months. She made multiple trips to our campus to help us walk through and process our vision for the event. She measured, remeasured, walked through electrical needs for all of our vendors, patiently answered all of our calls and emails as we changed the linen and table count (so many times!), and even came to campus twice during the build to ensure everything was moving smoothly. She organized her team superbly, communicated well and was just a joy to work with.

The onsite team, led by Walter and Rommel were also fantastic. Our event took several days to set up and to tear down. Everyone on the team was respectful, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure all of our set up was exactly what we needed. We have a small campus and our carpool can be quite insane- they made sure the trucks were set perfectly so that it didn’t impede any of our parents’ access. They both went above and beyond with extra requests to set tables out, add extra electric lines and more.

Please know that we plan to use ACME for all of our needs in the future. I am on the board of the Houston Area Independent Schools Advancement group that represents all private schools in Houston. I have sent a note out to our database to brag about y’all to hopefully bring you even more business.

Many, many thanks to your entire team for being so positive and phenomenal to work with. On an event week when tensions and stress is always high, it was so great to have a helpful and patient team to work with.

I am a customer for life!

I was over 50 minutes late (on a Friday before a major holiday!)picking up my rentals and they stayed open until I was able to get there and get my order loaded. And they were super nice about it — especially Jacob!

Everything from the pickup to the functionality of the bar we rented was exceptional. While exchanging a few jokes, George showed me in the warehouse how to set it up and [Noemi] the seamstress showed me the best way to attach the skirts. We will definitely work with Acme Rental again in the near future for events. Dede responded fast and got me squared away at ease. Thank You Acme rental for making our event a success 🙂

Walter and your crew were absolutely AMAZING with load-in, event set-up, and load-out. This was our best year yet and I cannot thank you guys enough for how amazing the event looked and the time it took for set-up and break down. I am beyond happy with the timing it took.
