Good To Know

Rates are for a one day charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. Long term rates must be arranged in advance. To guarantee reservations, we require a major credit card. Cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee within 10 days of the event date. Cancellations will be responsible for the entire charge if cancelled within 24 hours of the day before the event date.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and Pickup are available at a nominal fee based on the details of your event (location, time for delivery, time for pickup, etc.). There is a rental minimum of $150. Delivery charges are doorstep to doorstep. Special condition deliveries, such as above ground floor and extended from where the truck can be parked, are offered at additional cost. All china, glassware, silver, etc., are rented sterilized, packed and undamaged. If you discover a chipped or broken item upon delivery, please notify us at once so that you won't be charged for it. Returned items should be rinsed clean and replaced in the same containers as received. Linens should be refuse-free and dried to avoid additional charges. Set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, china, and stages are offered at an additional charge. We have a 24 hour emergency dispatch for any last minute or special needs.

Loss or Damage

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery or pickup to the time it is returned. Additional charges are made for damages and shortage. Please be sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in use. Exposure of equipment to the elements will incur addtional charges. Charges will be applied to items requiring extra cleaning.
